FEELINGS
BY
W D Chase
The
twilight smells like your hair.
I look with
my eyes, but you're not there.
The
dark sky drinks the star light.
I feel your
presence there in the night.
Clouds
sweep
the sky. I can never say good-bye.
The stars
are gone. The darkness misses you.
I am alone,
with nothing but memories.
Where ever
you are, know that I continue to care.
LIFT
by
W.D.Chase
Your love
is like a beautiful balloon.
It carries
me over the rough places
and lifts
me high enough to see the
beauty that surrounds me.
